Dr. Nguyen is fast and efficient and is very knowledgeable; he always explains what is going on at every appointment and gives a thorough plan as needed for future visits. The assistants are also always nice. I didn’t get her name at today’s visit but I had a good laugh with her today— it made me feel less uncomfortable that she was so patient. The main receptionist is always friendly and knowledgeable as well— super sweet :) The office is always clean and organized and never crowded in the past few years I’ve been coming here which is even more comforting nowadays with COVID being a concern. You never know what you have until it's gone... I have been a client of Franklin Dental for over 5 years now. I must admit that I am one who has always dreaded and feared going to the dentist. Over the past year during Covid, not being able to spend time with Dr. Nguyen and the team I have realized that I am truly grateful to have a dentist of this caliber. Not only is the service absolutely superb but the environment and atmosphere is safe,comforting and feels like an extension of my family. I thought I'd never say this but returning to Franklin Dental has been one of the best highlights as we get back to normal. Great service, great people and a great atmosphere, this is hands down one of the best dentist I have ever had (and I have had many :>) . Keep up the great work!

I have had a very positive experience with Franklin Dental. I have had a dental implant as well as Invisalign treatment and I could not happier with both. The entire staff is exceptional and I highly recommend. I initially went to this office for the convenience as it was close to home but after going to other dentists in the area, I am so happy with this practice. The treatment is conservative and I have never felt like there is work being done that is unwarranted. Five stars all around.

I have used several dentistry in my lifetime and I should say, this group tops all of them, great service and very friendly people. Dr. Calvin is a top notch dentist , very detail oriented and willing to go the extra mile to make you confirmable with the procedure, and most of all they are very decent and honest which these days it is rare to find.
I sure give them an A+.

I am very happy with my experience at Franklin Dental. I was able to have a problem fixed using Invisalign instead of more invasive procedures. The problem is resolved, the process was painless, and my teeth look good. Dr. Nguyen is very personable and I appreciate his willingness to discuss all available options.

I and my wife have visited Dr. Kelvin’s office since January 2020, and we have been coming back several times since then. Office is really organized, neat and clean. All staff members are so sweet and friendly. Most of the time I do not have to wait for more than 15 minutes. Dr. Kelvin is very patient and friendly. He spends time to answer every single question and he addresses all of our concerns regarding our teeth. Dr. Kelvin is very thorough and skillful. The hygienists are very good and experienced. One of the aspects that we are concerning the most is the billing, but we have not encountered any issue so far. We just hope that everything will remain the same forever. We are very pleased with almost everything from Dr. Kelvin’s office.

I hate going to the dentists! And I love this one. He is extremely gentle with his hands. I am amazed at how all of my procedures were done with so little pain. I tried about 10 dentists already (have chronic teeth problems) and this dentist is THE BEST. He takes the time to explain things to me and does an excellent job. His office is so nice and up-to-date. Everything is so new and clean.
Update 3/4/21 -- As I was preparing to give this place a review, I noticed that I had written a review 8 years ago! Wow! Time sure flies! And that means I've been steadily going to this same office for at least 8 years then. Well, as of today, everything I had said 8 years ago in the review still holds up 100%. Pretty good record there. Dr. Nguyen remains the best dentist in town in my mind. The best of best is his numbing technique! A tiny pinch and that's it. I have no idea why the other dentists I've been to can't learn this numbing technique! He's nice, calm, professional, and is very honest about what I need to get done and what can wait. He does not ever "sell". I love the office manager and the staff there. The manager is very accommodating to all of my requests. Billing is always seamless. After 8 years, the office still looks brand new, clean, organized. Staff there are polite, meticulous. I will be moving out of Virginia in a few months and am so, so, so dreadful about finding another dentist elsewhere who would be as good as Dr. Nguyen. Need A LOT of luck!!!

Been a patient here for several years. Terrified of dental care due to some very bad procedures I had while in the military. But the care here is wonderful and compassionate. Importantly, if they ever make a mistake (a rarity), they take responsibility and deal with it. Honestly, one of the very best experiences I have ever had with a medical provider! They are also great with reception, billing, and on the scheduling front. It’s the whole package and I can’t recommend Franklin Dental highly enough!
